What are microbeads?
Microbeads are small, slow-dissolving clusters of clinically-proven nutrients found inside each of our capsules. Each microbead is made of pure, plant-based ingredients, and coated with natural, sustainably-farmed beeswax. 100% vegetarian.
Pills, powders, and other capsules can be inconsistent or too rapid with their nutrient distribution. Microbeads allow for optimal absorption of nutrients over a 6+ hour release period.
How long should you take vitamins?
Our vitamins are designed to bridge nutritional gaps in your diet and support the body through stages of life. Vitamins should be taken every day with a light meal.
Is it safe to take vitamins with medications?
You should always consult your doctor before taking vitamins or any other supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, have or suspect a medical condition, or are taking any medications.
What is a multivitamin supposed to do?
Boost your energy, support healthier nerve function, increase the body’s natural immunity to illness, maintain a healthy antioxidant balance, and improve calcium metabolism.
How long does it take for libido pills to work?
While you may not feel effects immediately, your body will begin to acclimate to lower levels of stress, improved blood flow, and other gradual changes. These help lay the foundation for a healthier hormonal profile and sex drive.
What are the best herbs for prostate health?
Saw palmetto, stinging nettle, and pygeum are highly-researched ingredients found to promote healthier prostate size - and you can find them all in our Prostate Health capsules. Even before prostate issues start, taking supplements to prevent issues from developing can be just as important.
What vitamins help with hot flashes and other menopause symptoms?
Black cohosh and pueraria mirifica have been shown to provide positive benefits for menopause symptoms including hot flashes, fatigue, and mood swings. Taking Menopause Support supplements when pre-menopausal can help ease the transition into menopause.

How fast is shipping?
Your order will be fulfilled next business day and shipped for free via USPS First Class (estimated 5 to 7 business days). Express shipping via USPS Priority is also available for an additional fee.

Is shipping discreet?
Yes! Your vitamins will arrive in a discreet, unbranded package to protect your privacy.
What is your refund/return policy?
All supplements and vitamins are sold factory sealed, so any opened bottles cannot be accepted for return. Unopened bottles can be returned for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are currently making arrangements to expand overseas. If you would like us to notify you when our products are available in your country, please provide us with your information below:
I can’t find my package!
We’re sorry if you’re experiencing issues with your delivery. If you have received confirmation from UPS or USPS that your package has been delivered, but you do not see your package at the address you provided, you will need to contact them directly. Here’s their information:

What is included with my vitamin subscription?
With your purchase of vitamins, you will receive a new supply every 30 days as a part of our subscription program. You will be charged the purchase amount and sent a reminder for each new shipment. You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription status at any time.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
We don’t charge any cancellation fees. Simply cancel at any time by logging in to your account profile and managing your subscription(s). You can also update payment info, update your address, or check the status of upcoming deliveries.
How do I reset my account password?
Sorry if you’re having issues with your account. You can reset your password here. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to regain access. Please use the email address you used to place your order.
